Greetings! We are SO excited to share our 1st annual New Year's Yoga Retreat - Saturday, January 2 and Sunday, January 3. Two FULL days of live virtual classes with over 20 teachers, 19 class options and 18 hours of learning.
This retreat is an opportunity for you let go of what no longer serves you, to create space in body and mind and to rise into your full potential in 2021. Come practice yoga with us. Learn to listen to the voice within, explore your true essence and set an intention to move forward with new realizations.
All are welcome to attend this retreat. Here are some details you should know.
You MUST pre-book via GloFox or www.shantiyoga.center- schedule to receive the Zoom link.
Donation based class $5.00 each day. Come and go as you wish. Zoom in, zoom out but be respectful of class times and check the schedule.
Morning sessions: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (see schedule below).
Afternoons sessions: 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (see schedule below).
Classes are 45 min. Meditations are 15 to 30 min.
The Zoom link stays the same ALL day. Saturday = same link. Sunday = same link. You receive the link in your email confirmation once you have pre-booked for the day. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with questions or concerns.

4:00 p.m. - Rejuvenate & Restore (Hatha & Restorative Yoga)

6:00 p.m. - Never Stepped on a Yoga Mat (Beginner style class)

9:00 a.m. - Chakra Yoga. 7 Poses to Align and Energize
Intention: I am centered and balanced.
10:00 a.m. - Yoga for the Hips Down (Functional Movement)
Sankalpa/Intention: I can find movement and strength.
* Bring a La Cross ball or some type of trigger point ball for this session
11:00 a.m. - Create Space in Body & Mind (Vinyasa Flow)

12:00 p.m. - Ayurvedic Winter Wisdom
Sankalpa/Intention: My body is a temple and I take time to nourish it daily.
