Yoga and Aerial Teacher, Office Assistant

Yoga is more than physical exercise to Brook. It is a path to healing, lasting change, and interpersonal growth. A focus on individual adaptation is at the core of her teaching. Brook came to yoga seeking pain relief and peace in a turbulent life. Her classes focus on exploration of the body through breath and movement. Brook’s interests within her own practice include pranayama (breath work), chant, and improving quality of life through ethical actions.
