Yoga Teacher

Chris’s “group exercise” journey began after taking a YMCA Jazzercise class. She was nervous, but the instructor made her feel like she could do anything. Not only did fitness give Chris energy, it taught her that she could do anything she put my mind to. Chris went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management and Aquatics from Bemidji State University and a Master’s degree in Exercise Science from St. Cloud State University. Chris’s favorite thing about being a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor is assisting people of all fitness levels to achieve more in life.
