Yoga Teacher

Diane, a RYT, teaches and practices yoga and meditation as practical, spiritual, non-denominational tools to increase happiness day by day, taught in the tradition of Paramhansa Yogananda and his disciple Swami Kriyananda. Her initial understanding of yoga came from reading Yogananda’s spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi in which yoga practice means, primarily, meditation practice. Given this foundation, she includes elements of meditation in all her classes. It is her joy to teach at Shanti Yoga and help students discover their own innate happiness.
