Yoga Teacher

Paula’s teaching style leans toward a strong Vinyasa flow. She loves introducing beginners of all ages and abilities to yoga and its benefits and is adept at offering options for all levels. Her classes are welcoming, heart-lead, and honest (and may include an inversion or two!). She moves her students with a thoughtful practice and a positive message—encouraging greater self-awareness, empowerment and peace through the practice of yoga.
