Yoga Teacher, Marketing Assistant

Fitness has always been a part of life for Rachel Elizabeth Eickhoff, from running track as an SDSU student-athlete to weight training to practicing—and now teaching—yoga. She is 200 Hour RYT certified and enjoys teaching HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training), slow flow, power vinyasa, and hot yoga sculpt. This lifelong fitness commitment is what drew Rachel to the community at Shanti Yoga Center, because the studio helps each member focus on overall wellness throughout their day-to-day life, not just when they’re on the mat.
