Yoga Teacher

Tracy was introduced to the practice of yoga in 2005. She has enjoyed exploring the physical practice, meditation, and breathwork and decided to take that further by embarking on a teacher training program. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in the summer of 2020. Tracy is looking forward to sharing the practice of yoga with all levels of students coming to their mat. Outside of yoga, Tracy enjoys cooking, reading, and playing with puppies.
