How did you first come to yoga, & what was that experience like?

I came to yoga during a very challenging time in my life and found not only a practice that allowed me to find a new appreciation for my body but also an incredible community.

What is your favorite experience of Yoga?

I don’t have one favorite memory from doing yoga. My favorite aspect of the yoga experience is the community that is formed with others even in one class together. Yoga brings people together and gives them space to be who they are and acceptance themselves as they are.

Teaching yoga brings me joy.
