Do you need to get away? To quiet and settle, to ground and center? This 3-day workshop led by Betsy Johnson will restore you to a sense of wholeness and balance. An author of five books, Betsy is a joyful yoga teacher whose meditations have been downloaded over 100,000 times on the Insight Timer app.

This fabulous workshop will take place at an incredible retreat center in the woods of northern Wisconsin, and it will include asana, meditation, journaling, and free time, all of which will nourish your spirit. It’s the perfect antidote to daily life. Join us to get good and grounded.

Located on the shores of Lake Superior just outside beautiful Bayfield, Wisconsin, Wild Rice Retreat creates a space for grounding the mind, body, and spirit through integrative artistic and holistic life experiences.  Their focus is on artistic excellence in teaching and thoughtful, supportive programming for individual growth.

Meet Betsy

Betsy Johnson is a writer and professor, and she has been practicing yoga for over twenty years. She’s taught everywhere from a racquetball court to her dentist’s office.

Retreat Details:

Check In: 4pm on Friday October 21st.

There will be a welcome dinner that evening and plenty of time to unwind and settle in.

Check Out: 10am on Sunday October 23rd.

We'll offer a morning yoga & meditation session, with breakfast and lunch included. We will also have time to enjoy the resorts facilities before departing for home.

Choose between The RicePod (perfect for you and a friend!) and The Treehaus (your own private suite complete with a queen bed and private bathroom, in a cozy four-unit building).
