Shanti Yoga Center is an Active & Fit/Silver & Fit location which means you can book classes with us under your insurance!

We offer:

• Standard package (4 classes per month), or

• Premium package (unlimited classes per month)

How to register:

1. Sign up for the standard or premium option with your insurance.

2. Email us and provide your birth date or fitness number so we can confirm you are in our Active & Fit/Silver & Fit dashboard. We will help create an account with your classes. If you are already registered in our Momence system, then we will just add the classes to your existing account. 

We accept HSA cards for payment!

• Students under the age of 14 can attend any class for free. Contact us to schedule.

• High school students 14 years or older and college students 5 Class Pack, $50

• We also have a quarterly student membership ($180) which gives you access to unlimited classes for four months!

We value your commitment to your practice and our community. With limited space some class, our cancellation policy helps ensure fairness for students and teachers alike.

1. Cancellation Window

• Classes may be canceled 24 hours or more before class start time with no penalty.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time are considered late cancellations.

• Failure to cancel and not attending class is considered a no-show.

2. Class Pack Holders

(Applies to all multi-class packages)

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance: Your class credit will be returned to your account.

• Late cancellation (within 24 hours):
  The class credit will be forfeited and counted as used.

• No-show: One class credit will be deducted.

No additional fees apply; the class credit serves as the penalty.

3. Premium Members

(Includes 3 free late cancellations per month)

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance: No penalty.

• Late cancellation (within 24 hours):

• Uses 1 of your 3 included late cancels.

• After all 3 are used, additional late cancels incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

• No-show: Charged a $15 no-show fee.

✔ Free late cancels reset each billing cycle.

4. Monthly Members

(Includes 1 free late cancellation per month)

• Cancel 24+ hours in advance: No penalty.

• Late cancellation (within 24 hours): Uses your 1 free late cancel for the month.

• Additional late cancels incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

• No-show: Charged a $15 no-show fee.

✔ Free late cancel resets monthly on your billing date.

5. Habitual Late Cancellations & No-Shows To support a respectful and reliable community:

• Accounts with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to additional fees or temporary booking restrictions.

• We will always aim to communicate clearly and compassionately if this becomes an issue.

6. How to Cancel

Please cancel your class:

• Through our online booking system or app

• At least 24 hours prior to class start time

Cancellations outside the 24-hour window must still be submitted through the booking system to be recorded properly.

7. Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. In cases of illness or emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible. Account credits may be issued at our discretion.

8. Agreement to Policy

By reserving a class, you agree to this cancellation policy. Late fees and forfeited credits are applied automatically.
