Lori teaches Flow and Shanti’s Beginner Series classes. She believes in life long learning through yoga, connections and daily experiences. Walking into Lori’s classes, members can expect to be energized and supported by linking breath to movement. This flow also includes Pilates strength and core stabilization moves. Lori completed her 200-hour teacher training at Devanadi School of Yoga & Wellness in 2022 and Les Mills BodyFlow program in 2017.

One of her favorite aspects of teaching is witnessing yogis fall in love with creating the “practice that fits” for themselves. When Lori is not on the mat you will likely find her moving, cooking or reading about healthy lifestyle options.
