Getting Started
Confirm your SilverSneakers eligibility by visiting https://tools.silversneakers.com.Enroll through SilverSneakers to receive your member number.
Connect with Cathy (our Silver Sneakers Coordinator) to complete enrollment in Shanti Yoga Center’s SilverSneakers. Office Hours for Cathy are Mondays between 10am and 12pm at the studio.
You will need to connect with Cahty to sign a release form before attending classes.

Shanti Yoga Center is an Active & Fit/Silver & Fit location which means you can book classes with us under your insurance!
We offer:
Standard package (4 classes per month), or
Premium package (unlimited classes per month)
How to register:
Sign up for the standard or premium option with your insurance.
Email us and provide your birth date or fitness number so we can confirm you are in our Active & Fit/Silver & Fit dashboard. We will help create an account with your classes. If you are already registered in our Momence system, then we will just add the classes to your existing account.

We accept HSA cards for payment!

Students under the age of 16 can attend any class for free. Contact us to schedule.
High school students 16 years or older and college students 5 Class Pack, $50
We also have a quarterly student membership ($180) which gives you access to unlimited classes for four months!

OUR MEMBERSHIPS allow us to support our class offerings, as well as provide our teachers with fair pay and continuing education scholarships. Memberships and donations also support the community by allowing us to provide assistance to students who may face barriers to practicing yoga with a teacher.
