Open Hall is an opportunity to deepen your own practice and ask questions in our space. No previous yoga experience is required, and all practitioners can come for deeper self inquiry than you may find in an instructed class. A facilitator will be present for any questions that may come up for you, but you are free to come and go as you please during the time slot, and to practice anything you like! You may use our props or ask questions about Yoga topics.
