An immersive eight day (65 hour) Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program from Unnata Yoga
"The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training provides far more than a foundation to teach Aerial Yoga. It’s a deep immersion into a unique method of Yoga that uses the support of the hammock to explore, refine and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground.
As a result of this course, you will be ready to teach fun, safe, and innovative Unnata Yoga classes to diverse populations."
Program Dates over Three Weekends:
Weekend 1:Friday, Aug 7, 1-7pm, & Saturday & Sunday, Aug 8 & 9, 8am-6:30pm (includes lunch break)
Weekend 2: Friday, Aug 14, 1-7pm, & Saturday & Sunday, Aug 15 & 16, 8am-6:30pm (includes lunch break)
Weekend 3: Friday, Aug 28, 1-7pm + Saturday & Sunday, Aug 29 & 30, exact hours to be determined (practicum teaching and testing days).
To receive a teaching certificate, you must complete all three weekends of the Unnata® Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program at Shanti Yoga Center in St Cloud, MN. This course also qualifies for 63 contact hours of continuing education through Yoga Alliance’s YACEP.

Please Note: The Unnata Aerial Yoga Teacher Training program is only available to Certified Yoga Instructors. We also highly recommend that you take several Unnata Aerial Yoga classes, or have some prior experience with the aerial yoga hammock before attending the course.
