    Through nervous system education, gentle yoga, meditation, sound healing, voice expression, and embodied reflection, you’ll be lovingly guided back into a relationship with your full Self; physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual. Together, we will root down into the body as a wise and sacred home. Not something to fix, but something to feel.

    Not something to battle, but something to befriend. Not separate from your soul, but the place where your soul resides. Come as you are. Leave more connected, more grounded, more you.

  • Holiday Retreat | Grace & Grit (9am-1pm, 12/14)

    The holidays can be beautiful and overwhelming. This season, give yourself the gift of pause, presence, and connection. Our fourth annual Grit & Grace for the Holidays retreat is designed to support your mental and emotional well-being during a time of year that can feel especially heavy.

    This retreat offers a gentle container of community, rest, grounding, and being cared for. It’s a morning to step away from the noise, settle into your breath, and reconnect with your center. You’ll experience supportive (and strengthening!) yoga practices, nourishing stillness, meaningful connection, and a few thoughtful surprises along the way, including a make-and-take healthy snack and a special complimentary gift.

    Whether you come with a friend or arrive solo, you’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more anchored for the season ahead.

    Enjoy a presentation on pelvic floor health, a special myofascial release class just for women, guided journaling sessions, delicious wholesome meals, and restorative movement practices.
