After 30 years of teaching in higher ed, Heidi moved her classroom to the mat to share yoga with others.
She enjoys sharing the strength, expanded range of motion, and calming aspects of yoga.
Her classes tend to be focused on areas of the body, like Hip, Hip Hooray; All About the Base; Junk in the Trunk; and Back It Up.
Heidi completed her 200-hour YTT in 2025 (with Shanti Yoga Center’s first cohort!) as well as a certification in Trauma Informed Resilience Focused yoga.
