Kyle, one of Shanti’s Vinyasa focused teachers, completed his 200 hour certification in the summer of 2022. Having experienced the life-changing benefits of yoga first hand, his journey into teaching was inspired by his wanting to share those benefits with everyone else. Kyle teaches his classes with an intentional focus on slowing down and truly feeling the poses, allowing the energy of the breath to course through the body while also incorporating in elements of strength throughout.
