Lezlee has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and is a graduate of Shanti’s first 200-hour
Yoga Teacher Training program. 
With a teaching style that is a slower pace and deeply intentional, Lezlee focuses on building strength, flexibility, and mobility while guiding students to connect breath with movement. Her classes emphasize foundational alignment and breath techniques that support a calm, centered mind. In addition to her foundational training, Lezlee has completed specialized training in chair yoga. Her goal is to make her classes accessible and supportive for a wide range of bodies and abilities.
Whether you are new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, her thoughtful, paced approach helps students build awareness and confidence on the mat while fostering a love of the practice.
Yoga has been a lifelong path of inner and outer strength for Lezlee. Off the mat, you’ll often find her outdoors — hiking, mountain biking, or stand-up paddleboarding, continuing her love of movement and connection with nature.
